We collect essential corporate information exclusively through the contact forms on our website. The data collected is limited to: corporate name, full name of the representative, corporate email, phone/WhatsApp, and details regarding the commercial demand.
Purpose of Collection: The data is used solely to assess the commercial feasibility of the request, perform internal KYC (Know Your Customer) checks, and initiate the qualification process for commodity trading operations.
2. Data Storage and Security
All data is stored securely in the Firebase Firestore database under strict access control. Only authorized BRND compliance personnel have access to this information, which is protected by multi-factor authentication and encryption protocols.
Data is retained only for the necessary period to evaluate the commercial request or maintain an active relationship with the partner. After this period, data is anonymized or deleted.
3. Third-Party Sharing
BRND Company does not sell, rent, or share personal or corporate data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with:
- Banking institutions for the explicit purpose of verifying the financial instrument (SBLC, DLC, Block Funds).
- Trading partners (co-owners or suppliers) directly involved in executing the contract, upon mutual agreement in the SPA stage.
